At the beginning of May 23, 2022, there will be an Outlook for Android update which will no longer support Android 7.1 or below. Users will need to upgrade their Android operating system to Android 8.0 to continue getting support for your Android outlook app.

If users in your organisation are using Outlook for Android on their phones and are running an older version of Android, they will no longer be able to update to newer versions of Outlook for Android.
