We wanted to post this blog to thank everyone for attending the Northstar office open day. It was delightful to see existing customers and new faces alike.

For those of you that were not able to attend, the day consisted of seminars and informal discussion. Then, to follow, refreshments and a great lunch provided by the local caterer Scotty D’s.

The morning seminar focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Mike Richardson (Director) from Maximizer talked to us about introducing CRM Software to businesses successfully. Also, he spoke about how to integrate it into your business. Accessing online software is easy. However, successful implementation of a CRM system is about having a carefully designed set of procedures. Only then will leads turn into sales, and existing customers experience the customer care that will keep them loyal.

In the afternoon, John Williams (MD of Northstar) talked about implementing Cloud services organically. As a result, this helps to improve business processes so companies can service customers better, increase efficiency and keep control of costs.
